Well, now that the rendering is complete I need to
fit the down pipes to the gutters. I actually installed the gutters when I built
the roof, but I could not install the down pipes because of the rendering. This
weekend (18th April 2004) I installed the down pipes which will protect the
house even more, and finishes the outside off.
This is the down pipe at
the back of the house. I still need to fit the gully's at the bottom, but that
can happen later, when I am working on all the underground
drains.
This is the back porch down
pipe. This was quite an important one to get fitted, as the wall was a bit
damp at the bottom. That should be sorted now though...
And the front pipe.....i
