Relocate / install drains and soil stack a. Move existing soil stack b. Disconnect old caravan stack c. Cut toilet drain hole in wall (110mm) d. Install soil stack, and en-suite connection e. Relocate existing bathroom trap f. Replace with trap and gully to meet new building regs g. Replace kitchen trap and gully to meet new building regs h. Possibly replace existing manhole / inspection chamber with modern equivalent i. If changes check with Building Control for sign off 9. Foundation for LPG / Oil tank, plus external plumbing a. If LPG comissions CORGI plumber to install pipework to boiler from tank 10. Paint rendering white 11. Replace re-enforced underground pipe (drive) 12. Garden Internal Works - in order ============== 1. Dry out house / clear junk from house / tidy up 2. Clean up discoloured wood upstairs for survey 3. Check watertightness (after windows / doors sealed and chimneys finished) 4. Install floating floor in back and back porch a. Framing 75x50 treated rough cut b. 75mm rigid insulation (maybe 50mm polyurethene and 25mm polysyrene) c. Vapour barrier d. Fit floorboards / chipboard 5. Dry lining a. Framing 75x50 treated rough cut b. 50mm rigid insulation leaving a 25mm service space c. Move existing temporary services (electrics / plumbing) 6. Repeat 4 and 5 for main building and front porch 7. First fix services a. Plumbing b. Electrics c. Waste 8. Plasterboard and finish 9. Install spiral staircase 10. Finish upstairs flooring and roof (ridge board) 11. Framing (walls 75x50 treated rough cut, other framing 50x50) 12. Upstairs Insulation (50mm rigid and rockwool) 13. Plasterboard and finish 14. Second fix services a. Sockets / Switches etc 15.
